We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days, available in certain areas.
These times are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or strikes.
3. Shipping costs
- Standard delivery: free on orders from €44.90. Shipping charges apply to orders below this amount.
- Express delivery: additional charges apply.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track the delivery in real time.
5. Delivery areas
We currently deliver to Europe and the Middle East. If your country is not included, please contact us to discuss delivery.
6. Delivery problems
